I’ve missed you all, not sooo much, but a whole bunch!!! So, I’ve come to drop a few tidbits.
What is the deal?

The point in which I wanted to throw my computer across the dining room table because I spent 4 days building a page that I inevitably had to delete. And you know… there’s always primary thoughts. So, Thursday I was excited to pick up my car from the repair shop. I took my car to a shop that was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately, we (the shop owner and I) had some definite difficulties with communication and expectations. We worked through it though. I was happy and the owner appreciated the things that I had to say. (I actually told him that his customer service skills sucked, but it was truthful humor and it lead to open dialogue.) Anyway, I walked away with a new transmission among other repairs and a new client. Go Melanie!
