What is the deal?

I’ve missed you all, not sooo much, but a whole bunch!!! So, I’ve come to drop a few tidbits.

What is the deal?

  1. I’ve been MIA! Well, not really, but I haven’t been posting too much lately. I bop in and out of fb and twitter trying to keep in touch with everyone and I miss our conversations. :-( The deal is… that I’m building a new website and it’s a learning experience. (I actually told him that his customer service skills sucked, but it was truthful humor and it lead to open dialogue.) Anyway, I walked away with a new transmission among other repairs and a new client. Go Melanie! Continue reading

So, you wanna be a jerk… really now.

bad-customer-service Melanie Richardson @ primarythoughts.netLet’s start off with today’s post by saying that customer service is the only thing that differentiates you from your competitors. All of the marketing in the world won’t win over poor customer service. The level of customer service provided or not provided to your current customers can affect the free word-of-mouth advertising you receive from your current customers. Even when new products or techniques are developed companies only fly solo for so long. Good customer service is key. Now on to my story… Continue reading
